JSM Organics

We Grow Food & Community

For owner Javier Zamora, farming is both a return to his roots and a long-held dream. A Mexican immigrant and the son of a farmer, Javier set out to steward land with care and grow food that serves community and future generations. That vision became reality on California’s Central Coast, where JSM Organics now owns 200 acres in Monterey County. Of those 200 acres, 120 are protected through a conservation easement in partnership with the Elkhorn Slough Foundation—ensuring the land remains healthy and productive for generations to come.

Known for our incredible strawberries, we grow organic fruits, vegetables, and flowers, with respect for the land. We don’t force nature; we follow its rhythms, letting the soil, sun, and seasons guide us. The flavor and character of our crops come from this patience and attention, and we let Mother Nature speak for herself.

Our team is the heart of JSM Organics. Together, we care for one another, live well, and share the bounty of our land with our communities.
